When I first started training at 17, I had no idea what I was doing. I followed routines from magazines, listened to advice from gymbros, and tried different approaches, hoping they would eventually lead to the results I wanted. Sometimes they did. But often they didn’t.

That frustration is something I recognize in many of my clients when we first meet. Not that they’re lazy or unmotivated. They just don’t know what to do and what actually works for them.

What I've learned over time is that effort alone isn’t enough. Having clarity and direction matters, along with a system that supports both your goals and lifestyle, is what makes the difference between hoping for results and actually getting them.

Over the past 14 years as a full-time personal trainer, I’ve been blessed to work with people from different backgrounds and experiences. Most of my clients were and are beginners and adults who have been training for years, but still feel stuck. And one thing has remained true: no two people are the same.

Everyone has different needs, schedules, goals, and limitations. That’s why I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all plans or extreme approaches.

Today, my coaching focuses on helping people train properly with structure and intention behind their program. Helping them remove guesswork and build sustainable habits and results so they’re not burning out and constantly starting over.

Whether it’s in-person, online, or hybrid coaching, my goal is to give you clarity, consistency, and a plan you can actually stick to, so your progress and results finally make sense.
